📍 Main Goal

Bruin Medical Review is an undergraduate student-run medical newsmagazine at UCLA. BMR strives to improve health literacy and make health information more accessible and readily available to the general public. We offer undergraduate students the opportunity to explore and report on complex topics in medicine to promote health education early on in their pre-professional health careers. We train our members to explain complex topics at a middle- or high- school level to accommodate the average national literacy level. Our staff is dedicated to reporting timely, accurate, and relevant articles on a wide variety of health-related topics.

Our members are actively involved throughout the publication process and are able to become published authors as early as their first quarter in the organization.
